I love baseball too and especially the world series! My Baltimore Orioles have struggled for years and I miss them being in a World Series. I remember as a kid, we would go down my relatives shore home on Back River in the 1960s. On a Sunday, the crabs were steaming in beer in the kitchen and the men were crowded around the TV glued to the game. We kids were not allowed in that room! Those were the days...summer, crab catching from the pier, water skiing and being sunburned...

Yankee fan here so, of course, Go Dodgers. Used to be a Brooklyn Dodgers fan, as a kid from Brooklyn, but when they moved west, I became a Yankee fan. Back in the 50s, the players from the Dodgers used to live in Brooklyn. As a kid, my husband rode around to some of their houses, on his bike, to get their autographs. If they weren't home he would wait on their stoop. We still have a signed baseball that holds 5 autographs. Players were approachable back then.

DH wants the Rays to win. I want the Dodgers. He says the Dodgers have been to the WS plenty of times and this is a first for the Rays. We have a carryout dinner on the line so I'm already perusing the menus!
