I am still watching them and the many controversies because of the new, and some very subjective, rules and rulings. as a former ref, it would be so much easier if more rules were less subjective.

Example:   Shooting the puck over the glass in a teams defensive zone. No subjectivity, Automatic Minor for Delay of Game, period.  Once the subjectivity of "intent" is added?  Unfortunately during my decades as a ref? I did not possess a chrystal ball with which to tell each players intent. The word intent should be removed from every rule.

An infraction either happened or it did not. An old ref's view of current and unnecessarily complex rules.

@hckynut John, I am having trouble posting there too. Sometimes it works, sometimes I get a pink error box. Try getting through the notifications....where you get hearts. 

The team is aware of the problem. Our thread is not the only one having problems.  Might be fixed by early this week.
