You can tell it's the slow time of the NFL season when all the NFL analysts come up with these "what if" scenarios---Such as who would you rather have: ELI MANNING OR (the current QB of each team)...Surprisingly they chose Eli over Alex!!! I don't get that---Alex is more mobile than Eli, interacts with teammates and shows more leadership, Eli is 37 and Alex is 34...and some said that Eli was parially to blame for the Giants poor win/lose record too!!! GO FIGURE!!!
At least for the Wentz/Eli comparison they did wisely pick Wentz.....
Maybe this excessive heat has gotten to some of the analysts!
I agree with you that between Eli and Alex I would go with Alex.

The only negative to Alex Smith is that Andy dumped him. Was Andy being nice, or does Andy know something the Redskins don't know? That's going to be fun to watch.

OR did Andy make a mistake???...some are second guessing his decision regarding Mahomes.....
Alex Smith is not a spectacular QB....hes just a steady smart performer and has the ability to be mobile .....

First Monday Night Football for 2018 is just a mere 10 weeks from tonight on September 10!!
The doubleheader has the Jets vs. the Lions, followed by the Rams at the Raiders.
And of course the opening game of the season is now only 9 weeks from this Thursday night with the Super Bowl champ Eagles hosting Atlanta on September 6!
(But we also have the preseason coming up!!)
Enjoy!!!
