Bleacher Report listed their power rankings heading into training camp.
#1 Eagles; #2 Chiefs, #3 Bills, #4 Ravens, #5 Lions.
The Commanders are #6 and the Colts are rated #25. The team ranked the lowest at 32, is the Saints. According to the report, Kellen Moore has his work cut out for him. Maybe it wasn't such a good idea for Moore to leave Philly. He must have gotten some great incentives and likes challenges.

Kellen Moore is probably thinking he will be out of Nick Sirianni's shadow. And this Saints team is so bad and with Mickey Loomis as GM he is not in danger of getting fired for several years.....Gayle Benson won't be expecting very much from the team....

This is interesting ----
TheAthletic reports that Breakfast Ball, The Facility, and Speak have been canceled.
Those shows featured Mark Schlereth, Danny Parkins, Craig Carton, Emmanuel Acho, Chase Daniel, James Jones, and LeSean McCoy, Keyshawn Johnson, and the infamous Joy Taylor.
The cancellations happened because, the shows “struggled to find a huge audience.” Mark and Danny were good on Breakfast Ball, but the rest not worth the viewers time and trouble. These days, more people are tuning to Podcasts and You Tube Sports Shows rather than less informative shows on Fox or ESPN!!!
The rest of the weekday lineup — featuring The Herd and First Things First — will remain. FS1 is expected to develop three new shows to replace the three that were canceled.

The Saints, Browns, Jets, and Giants will likely be fighting it out for that first overall pick. I think Kellen Moore might have gotten promises of tanking for Arch Manning. It would explain his decision to go there. That's about as bad situation a coach can find himself in. Kudos to him if he can turn it around.
The Saints need a new GM, Mickey Loomis has got to go!!! They had 5 wins... Look how Washington turned it around with only 4 wins with a new GM and new coaches....it might be possible....

Good news for the Spurs...
Victor Wembanyama has announced he’s officially recovered from the blood clot in his shoulder : “I'm officially cleared to return. It just happened — I got the green light from the Spurs' medical staff just a few hours ago (last Friday). Phew, I’ll finally be able to play a bit of basketball again !” Wemby and Spurs starters were in Vegas to cheer on the rookies and backup players in the Summer League....
He also said he is glad the Spurs did not get rid of the young core of players to get a superstar, he said that plan seldom works. He also said his dream is to spend his career with one franchise.

@Spurt - SO happy to hear this about Wemby! And I do think he could end up spending his career with the Spurs as long as he plays well. I did see something on our Philly sports that the Spurs played the 76'ers the other night in the summer league. I hope the Spurs won! I didn't hear anything the next day. All the attention in the sports news goes to the Eagles and Phillies, as it should be. The Flyers and 76'ers are so bad and really nothing to talk about. Wemby is such a good guy! He sets such a good example!
As far as Kellen Moore, stupid move on his part to leave a championship team to go to a very poor team and management. Oh well!

The key for the Saints is getting a quarterback. And lookie here! There's Arch Manning, son of Saints legend Archie Manning, likely coming out next year. He's said to be another generational QB. The March for Arch is likely to start in September for the Saints.
I strongly suspect Kellen Moore was advised that this was to be a throw-away year. (Not that the Saints were winning a lot anyway.) Use this season to try to build an offensive line and some receivers for when Arch comes along. Don't try to win too hard.
Take a year to get a feel for head coaching. Install a system. Find players to support Arch Manning when he gets there. I would expect to see players get moved. The Saints are already $24+ million over next year's salary cap. Trade away some of the cap hits if possible. Try to get into a position where you can do something to help the kid if you get him.
I don't see the Saints trying to win this year. Kellen Moore is safe. His staff is safe. Their GM is safe (for reasons I'll never understand.) If there's a team in the NFL that'll roll over and play dead in 2025, it's the Saints.
The Giants will lose just because they're not very good and they've got a tough schedule. Their coaches and GM know their jobs depend on improving, so they'll try to win. That should help the Saints. The Jets may try to lose. They may not have to try too hard though. The Titans have a young QB in Cam Ward, so they may try to win. The Browns may lose no matter if they're trying to or not.
The Saints' week five game against the Giants could be interesting. Will either team have a win? Then weeks 16 with the Jets and week seventeen with the Titans could determine who gets the top overall pick. The March for Arch likely goes through New Orleans.
