There's a discussion about QB moves on ESPN, and the contributors for the respective teams say that Jalen Hurts and Carson Wentz stay with their respective teams....and these QBs also stay put--- Matt Ryan, Baker Mayfield, Davis Mills, TuaT., Kirk Cousins, Daniel Jones,
Ryan Tannehill,
I like this scenario about Washington----
Commanders' offer: 2022 first-rounder (No. 11) and 2023 conditional fourth-rounder for Carr
The conditional pick would become a second-rounder if Carr signs an extension, and if Washington makes the playoffs and wins 10 games in 2022. Washington has started eight quarterbacks over the past three seasons and has been stuck in QB purgatory for nearly three decades (32 starters since it won the Super Bowl in the 1991 season). It has a roster that is capable of being a consistent playoff contender -- with the right quarterback. Carr finished last season well in part because the Raiders used a lot more play-action down the stretch; Washington attempted the fifth-most play-action passes. -- John Keim
While Raiders owner Mark Davis said Las Vegas was not in a rebuild or a reload after hiring new coach Josh McDaniels, it is a fresh start. And if the Raiders could get an immediate first-rounder for Carr, who is in need of an extension, as well as a potential third-rounder next year to quicken said fresh start, what's the debate? -- Paul Gutierrez
The Commanders' aftermath: Washington has the NFL's worst Total QBR since Kirk Cousins left after the 2017 season. With a rebrand of the name and franchise identity, it needs to win fans back with on-field success. Carr might not be a top-10 quarterback, but he's in that 12-15 range, an area Washington hasn't consistently been in a while. This trade would enable the Commanders to keep building, too. As far as an extension goes, he would likely receive more than $100 million in guaranteed money and a salary between $30-35 million. It's a lot for a QB of his stature, but Washington has paid the price for not having someone in this category for too long. -- John Keim

Carr would be an interesting pickup. We're likely to hear a QB move or two in the next week or two. I don't think there will be a lot of QB movement. The Broncos, Steelers, Commanders, and Panthers are in desperate need. Finding four quality QBs might be a challenge. We'll have to see which of those teams emerge with a guy. I kind of suspect the Commanders will end up with Heinicke again. He's not bad, which is better than some of the options.

I agree with you....Carr would be an upgrade but compared to what a lot of teams have if we cant do a trade then Heinicke isnt too bad, he just needs to remember not to over think, and over-react...he can use his mobility if needed and doesnt have to be "the hero"

I think if you can't get a good quarterback, you have to make a good quarterback. I still like the Stanford kid, Tanner McKee. He's 6'-6", 228 lbs. He's got a good arm. He can make every NFL throw. He's got a build that can easily add another 15-25 lbs. of muscle. He'll likely be a late-round pick. (Third or fourth is my best guess depending on how he performs at the Combine. It could be lower, or it could be higher.)
As a rule, Stanford kids are smart. A big, strong, smart kid who can make every throw is a good starting point. Find him an excellent QB guru/coach and glue the two together. No pressure on the kid to start now. Make it clear he's a project. Coach the living daylights out of him. QB is generally viewed as the least coached position in football. Teams tend to just throw the kids out there and it's sink or swim. No. Coach him to death. Have the coach by his side going over film with him every possible minute of every day. Work on his mechanics until they're second nature to him. Go over each play a thousand times if need be until he knows them by heart. Consider it a two or three-year project and build yourself a QB.
It's doable. It's a lot of work. It needs the right kid. (McKee may not be the right kid, but there's got to be someone out there in college football land who is.) Find the raw kid and build them into an NFL QB.
One of the things that Chip Kelly did that I really liked was every game day he had the practice squad kids out on the field hours before the game playing a simulated game. It was often just four on four, but it gave them something close to the game experience. The coaches played it like a real game. They called plays, had the QB run the plays, and graded the kids afterward. Put the kid QB in that kind of a situation. Building a QB is smart in my opinion and I think it's doable. God knows teams can wreck a kid QB, so why not build one instead?
Find the right kid. Find the right guru/coach/mentor and see if you can't build yourself a QB. If you can make it work, you can always have a kid in the QB incubator waiting to take over. It's not like college kids have their arms fall off when they reach the pros. If the game's too complicated for them, slow it down and let them catch up. Simplify things for them. Make it an easier transition for them. Take off the pressure and just let them grow into the role. If you can churn out an NFL caliber starting QB every three years or so, you'll be very, very successful in the league.

Kyler Murray is reportedly unhappy with the Carids and has deleted all mention of them from his social media. He's due for a contract extension as this is the last year of his original four-year deal. The Cards have the fifth-year option for 2023 if they want to use it. (And I suspect they will.) Still, if Murray is seriously disgruntled and wants out, holding the QB hostage seldom works out well for the team.
Kliff Kingsbury, the Cards coach, hasn't always had the best relationship with his QBs. He had issues with Baker Mayfield back in his Texas Tech days. If Kingsbury is the issue here, we could see a "He goes, or I go!" situation developing. Those are always fun for a GM.
Mock drafts are popping up all over the place. Many have the Eagles drafting a guard in the first round. Eh, no. Despite Brandon Brooks retiring, we've still got good o-line depth and it's hard to imagine any kid o-lineman starting this year (barring injuries.) The center Tyler Linderbaum could be an option, but not a guard. If Chris Olave is still there at 15, the Eagles might get tempted to grab a WR. I think defensive players will be the priority though.

I believe naturallty making yourself look slim is the way to go. I don't like making too much of a fuss when it comes to working out because all these technology won't really benefit you in the long run because they won't last you a lifetime. However, it's better to have workout more since that will stay in your body forever, and with proper diet and a good and healthy livelihood, even a good hobby to relieve stress like playing video games, sports or even casual online gambling like over here https://casinodays.com/in/live-lotto

I find that odd regarding Murray and the Cardinals it seems like the team is going in the right direction....its a shame....Sometimes coaches can be jerks, but other times it can also be the QB that's the diva and wont listen to the coaches (i.e. Redskins, RGIII and the Shanahans and Gruden) ... Its so important for the coaches and the QB to be on the same page and going in the same direction.....

Kliff Kingsbury and his QBs have a love/hate relationship. It's an issue he's had in the past (Baker Mayfield) and it's an issue now. The Cards are trending in the right direction, but that head coach/QB relationship is kind of important. We've seen it go bad with Rodgers/McCarthy, Pederson/Wentz, and lots of others. It's important. If that goes bad, things tend to spiral out of control.
Will anything come of it? Probably. Steve Keim the Cards GM will be talking to both of them pretty much nonstop to try and fix things. Murray's last year of his rookie deal ends this year. The Cards can keep him in 2023 with the fifth-year option, but that's gotten kind of pricey for QBs. Then there's a franchise tag option going forward, but if the QB and HC are at war, things end badly. The Packers went 6-9-1 when Rodgers (arguably the best QB in football) and McCarthy were at war. The next year with a new HC and they won 13. The Eagles were a playoff team, then went 4-11-1 when Wentz/Pederson were at war and not even talking to one another, back to a playoff team under Sirianni.
If the Cards don't get this fixed, and it's not easy to fix, you could see them take a similar slide in the standings next year. Why does it happen? I think the head coaches who were formerly QBs (Pederson/Kingsbury) get focused on what they would have done with the talent of the QBs they're now coaching and are frustrated that the kid QB isn't what they imagined they'd have been with that talent. I suspect jealousy plays some role. They're coaching guys who are far more talented than they ever were. Which is potentially a problem for the Jaguars as Trevor Lawrence is an enormously talented QB. If Pederson hasn't fixed his issues, or even realized what they are, then it could get messy down there in a year or two.

Yep, its kinda like Shannahan and Jimmy G too.....dont you know that Jimmy was under extra pressure to perform because Shannahan has made it clear that Jimmy's not his guy.....so instead of motivating Jimmy he tried too hard not to make mistakes, and we all know how that goes, the extra pressure and the harder you try sometimes leads to making even more mistakes .... Instead proper instruction and correction along with an encouraging word can work wonders (been there, experienced that with some Supervisors we had to put up with----funny how all of our gang is still here and performing well with new blood, but the bad Supervisors are no more....happens in the NFL and in business too, there has to be a good relationship and partnership..AND the GM and the coach have to be on the same page too and get a guy they can both agree on.)
