Say it ain't so. Just kidding.

The news broke yesterday that the upcoming 2020 NASCAR season will be

Jimmie's last year driving. At age 44, he will be retiring at the end of next

year. The guy has 7 championships and a whopping 83 wins.

I also met Jimmie in 2014 before a race with my family. Good guy all

around. Best of luck to him in whatever he does after his last season.

His legacy will stand the test of time.  Hope he writes a book, perhaps even a movie?  I know that one of these years my favorite driver, Ryan Newman, will say farewell also.

Jimmie has always been a class act.  He was my favorite driver.  Hopefully we will see him in the future either on the track or in the booth.  Would like to be able to get to a race next year to see him.

It is what it is!!!
