Congrats to Juan Martin del Portro - Olympic Tennis

I was so glad to see Juan beat both Novak and Rafael Nadal.   What a comeback!   He was out injured for a few years with a very bad wrist injury and now he's one match away from a Gold Medal.

 

He's such a nice man and plays like a gentleman.  I am sure he thought his tennis career was over after repeated wrist surgeries.

 

I love to see an athlete with his heart win again!

I so agree.  A gentleman who appreciates what the sport has added to his life, and respect for the other players.  Looking forward to seeing both he and Rafa healthy and competitive at the US Open.

I was elated to see Juan Martin del Portro back on the courts. He is such an ambassador for the sport of tennis. 

I hope he has continued success playing after all he has been through with numerous surgeries on his wrist.
