Yankees mercifully have today off.  OMG, they are awful....defensively and offensively.   Pathetic!!  

Hope your boys are doing better than mine.  It's not that hard. lol

Yankees played the Braves last night in the Bronx. They finally won a game.  They won on a run walked in and error..........but a win is a win!    Hopefully, this will be just the spark they need to turn their season around.

Hi everyone,  

Hope you all have a good weekend! 

Yankees started a 4 game series with the Indians, in Cleveland, last night. 

They won!  Can you believe it?   Maybe it's the start of something good!?! 

They are starting Montgomery tonight. Allen is the Indians starter. 

The bullpen has been spectacular!   

The hitting is just beginning to get started.  Finger crossed for this series.

Yikes!  A good weekend, NO!!  We have lost 3 of the first of 4 to the Royals, hopefully we can sneak out one win today at noon (CT) for our final game this series.  We are not scoring runs at home, that is a problem!!
We are currently seven games out of first place and it is still April!!!

Tomorrow we head to the Windy City to beat up on the White Sox !!

I think the Yankees have a lot of "house cleaning" to do, by eliminating the players who under perform. There are a few of the veteran players who just are not performing anymore. It seems they cannot get hits, and don't win many games. Why they keep hanging on to the underperforming players is beyond me.

@Effie54   were you listening to my Yankees conversations?     I said the same thing. 

Tauchman was traded.   Why?  He was speedy on the bases and put in for defense.   What am I missing?   

Higgy has earned a place behind the plate.  Maybe Sanchez can work on his hitting at the Alternate Site?   

Mets play the Sox tonight.
