Yankees in a rain delay. It is POURING and thundering here. Seems like the storms are moving south to northeast. There are breaks, but I'm not sure if this game will be played tonight.

Bad news about Judge! I can't imagine how much it hurt when he got hit on the wrist bone. I'm glad they called up Tyler Wade. I like him. Didn't know that Clint Frazier was on the DL. I hope the Yankees don't go after Bautista.

Hi @jbinrwc I had no idea Frazier was on the DL either. I don't want Bautista at all. YUCK!

I don't think I'll be around for either game, but will be able to catch parts of both games.

Thankfully the Yanks didn't wanna revisit the Eovaldi mess and I just read in the NY Post that they "don't like Bautista"!

This is very good news, imo. The Post also said that the pitcher who hit Judge has been getting threatened on social media.......c'mon people, knock it off!

Well, the Buccos beat the Mets last night 5-4. Play 'em again tonight. Lost Josh Bell to some type of injury. The report I read was vague on the particulars. So now the Pirates are without Cory, Sterling and now Josh. Three hot bats.

It occurs to me that the American league is very heavily represented on this board. What happened to the National league fans?

8:15pm .just heard that Josh Bell and Cory Dickerson were placed on the DL. Austin Meadows on his way back up to the show.
