So my guys lost, it was my fault though, we got back from voting and I didn't even think about what I was wearing, I should have changed it to my lucky sweatshirt. UGH. It's only the second loss in regulation. The other one was on me too, I didn't watch it as my sisters and I went to our HS football game as they are in the finals for State.

This is becoming quite a bit of pressure, lol

Rangers played the Sabres last night. OMG! What a poop show. It was like the Sabres were playing in the SC finals and the Rangers pee wee hockey team showed up.  What a forgettable game.  Instead of banking 2 points, they gave them away. 

They can redeem themselves when they play the Red Wings tomorrow night in Detroit.   Fingers crossed they can do it.

The Devils will play the Islanders on LI tomorrow.  LGD!  They played a good, fun, winning  game against the Canadiens the other night.

@dmod nj Yes, my HS won! They have won a couple more since then, including today, they are now in the semi finals. We aren't going again until they are in the final game which is at US Bank Stadium and INDOORS, which is a MUST.  

edit 11/10, well that just sucked, after only playing one period we ended up lossing in OT to the Blackhawks so we at least got a point out of it. They spent the other two periods out partying last night in Chicago I'm guessing. lol

@dmod nj I was routing for your Rangers against the jets, for you and for selfish reasons, LOL. I won't make you relive it though.

I think it's p@@py about the induction of JR into the HOF. He's an oink. I won't say it in the language I want to as I would get banned. 

I think I got into trouble with Mr Red tonight, I said that I'd make good money if I came up with a Hank doll like Ken and I would have suits to dress him up in. He didn't think it was a funny as it did but was the one to say, "not smooth though" I said you cannot help me then be mad in the same breath. LOL

We don't play until Thursday, it's been FOUR DAYS, UGH.

We won last night in a shut out with Montreal, but we lost Erikkson Ek, Brodin and Zuccy, Ek and Brodin are day to day, Zuccy is 3-4 weeks, he had to have surgery in his nether region, hopefully he is OK. We play Dallas tomorrow night.

My HS made it to the final game which is next Saturday, I'll have to check the score of my Wild while I'm there, they are playing Calgary. GO ELKS!

Well, my computer was acting up.  As you may know, I don't use my cell for anything other than an emergency call or a text to someone while we're out to tell them we're running late. So............I was sool when it came to posting here.  

I think we're back to "normal."  

@redhead handbag queen how did your high school team do?  Was their game  last Saturday or is it this Saturday?  Good luck to them! 

Bruins fans, how do you feel about the coach firing?  

Ovi out with an injury. He's only missed 59 games over 20 years.

Reaves suspended 5 games. I hope Nurse is okay.

The Canes visit Jersey tonight.   Jersey is 12-7-2.  My men are cautiously optimistic. 

Rangers visit the Flames. It's a late game, so I don't think I'll watch the entire game.  The west coast trip is killer for watching the game. I'm not as young as I used to be. lol lol

Rangers continue their late games on the west coast. Tonight, they are playing the Oilers.   After the game, they are on their way home!  

They lost their last game against the Flames.    Flames goalie, Dustin Wolf, idolized Quick growing up. After the game,  Quickie autographed a stick for Wolf.

The other night, the Devils beat the Canes.   Tonight, they are in DC to play the Ovi-less Caps.    LGD!!  

Outside my home are two garden flags, a Rangers and Devils.    Workman were in this week and asked me the story about why I have two different hockey flags outside.  Both were Bruins fans. We got to chatting about old time Rangers/Bruins rivalry.   It brought back so many funny memories of watching when I was MUCH younger.  Hockey sure has changed a lot since those days, but a rivalry is a rivalry. lol

So we won, 33-24, The Elks went for the extra point after EVERY TD, so that added 4 points which came into play at the end. We sat in the adult/parent section and saw some former classmates, but we did not recongize each other until we said what year we graduated, LOL. We went with my sister that graduated 2 yrs after me and her husband. We were never behind the entire game. They blocked us on 4th and 3 and their crowd just exploded, but the Elks challenged the placement of the ball and won, that took the wind out of their sails for good. 

In the third quarter we all were watching the end of the Wild game on Mr Reds phone,  we came back and tied it with one minute left, I was taking my vest off and my sister was holding my phone so she had to hold it until the end, lol. It went into a SO, through 4 rounds, Calgary won, but we got a point. I found out after that Kirill was out due to a knee-on-knee collision with Caggiula in the Edmonton game, even though he didn't miss any time in that game.

@dmod nj I like your flag story, too funny. I hope I didn't offend you with my Hank story.
