I have followed him around the league and LOVE him!  I'm so happy for him!

Yankees play a day game today to finish the Blue Jays series.  I hope they don't get swept. Yep, they lost again last night.  Did the offense make the trip over the border? 

Stroman gets the start against his former team. 

Cole and Kahnle starting to throw and have longer throwing sessions. 

 Tomorrow is a day off. 

Lots of day games today. There is a no hitter going on between the Padres and Brewers.

LETS GO STARS!! Wouldn't you know it?? First round and we play the Golden Knights. Team that in six games took away our championship hopes last season.And they have beaten us 3 times this season, 2 in OT. But that matters not. This is the year of the STARS!! Hello everyone. I know I have not been here all season, but I have been rooting for my team, watching whenever games were televised on a channel I have, attended a few games. I just love going to games, feeling that fan energy live. Old Lady Laptop is a pain to use so I am typing on my phone, and it takes me forever using my one finger. Hope all you hockey fans are doing Ok. If your team is in the playoffs, good luck in round one...except for those dang Knights!

I am having frosty Coca Cola Zero sugar because I can't mix alcohol with the tranquilizers.

I am watching the Isles/Canes right now (intermission).

I don't really have an emotional favorite in this series, but of course it would be good if the bigger dog lost in any series. 

(As long as his collar isn't black and gold.)

Good luck to everyone's teams.  Let's hope for tight and exciting games with no injuries to anyone.  The Stanley Cup Playoffs are the most exciting thing in sports!

Why am I not happy?  Because it should be 4-0.

Hit posts and missed opportunities are a recipe for losing.

The Isles (IMO) outplayed the Canes in today's earlier game, but after failing to score when they had the puck 

all alone on the doorstep about 3 times....they had to pull Varlamov and die by the ENG.

So far in my game, the Bruins have not played the whole game in their own end because they are actually getting the puck out of the zone for a change.  I hope they embrace this seemingly foreign concept from now on.
