@kittyloo   Zappos is very good with returns too.  It is difficult to find a local shoe store that carries different widths.  I hope the shoes work out for her.  Sounds like she has been neglected and probably has low self esteem.  Hopefully, you can give her some of the help she needs.  Take care.
