Hello ladies:

Overall, i am quite happy with it. (love the color, the shape and the size of it)

My only issue is with a full size wallet, a day planner and a few lip glosses in, it already feels heavy. If i add an ipad, it becomes very heavy. The only way to carry it comfortably is to use the should strap. I don't think i can carry it on my arm. (tennis elbow).

Has anyone returned it due to this reason?
