@sparklestar

There is more than one way to use the term “customer service”.  She is not blaming the customer service department/staff, she is referencing the fact that selling oversized products when you know you will cause many of your customers extra hassle and money is QVC not offering good service to their customers.

If they did not run true to size you should have called customer service and demanded they refund you the S&H.  Either QVC is going to adhere to standard sizes or they should be made to refund the S&H.  The item should be considered defective!!!!

I got sketchers and they were way too big, not true to size at all.  When I was packing them up to return I realized that I'm paying $11.95 (original 5.00 nonrefundable shipping and 6.95 return label fee) to QVC and have nothing to show for it. What a rip off !!!!  I've been a loyal customer for over 25 years but I'm done with Q's lousy customer service.

If I find the same style shoes online that I've purchased at a brick and mortar store, I'll  buy them because 9 out of 10 times they'll fit just fine and online your offered a greater selection of colors and sizes...also when I do purchase from an online store, I make sure they offer returns at their store in town.

Somethings's definitely happened to the sizing of skechers.  They're too big anymore and have been for MONTHS now.  I used to wear size 7M.  Now if I order them from anywhere as a rule I take a 6.5M.

MANY here buy skechers in what they call their true size and then end up returning them.  I've said this in reviews for skechers - SIZE DOWN ladies.  You already know they'll be too big.  Size down and be happier with your purchase.

There are other places you can order the same product with free shipping.

I don't understand the complaining when most of you know what it cost to send a product back if it doesn't work.

I think there should be more open communication with the presentation about the so called "return policy".  It is not free at all unless there is something wrong with the product.  It's a shame to have to pay almost as much to return the item as the items costs!

Since the shoes run big and are not true to size then isn't that technically a defect and your return S&H free? @Irishpat1944

Buy from zappos, free s&h both ways.  I always order before 1pm, and my order is delivered the next day.

I should read the posts before I type because I just repeated the post right before mine.  Sorry....
