I just happened to notice that the last TSV satchel is now being offered in aqua... It's a very lovely smaller bag. I had my doubts about this one, since I usually prefer a larger bag, but I've become quite a fan of this pebbled leather smaller satchel. So much so that... well, let's just say I have it in, um, well... more than one color... and the collection could be expanding... Especially since I see they're also now offering it in the lovely ivory color... There is no picture up yet of this bag in aqua and it's listed as being on WL, which shocked me since I don't recall it having yet been presented in the new colors... You might keep your eyes peeled if at all interested, since the WL thing might just be to keep it from selling out before it's presented this weekend... Here's a pic of it in blue... Also, the Dooney site lists a lot of bags available in aqua... No Clayton, but there are some nice options. Of course, if it's the Clayton or nothing, well, I understand... The satchel below sells for $308 and is on 5 Easy Payments... Personally, I think it's a little over-priced, but not grossly so and it might just show up somewhere down the road in 'as-is'. Just thought you should know.

Well...I missed the zip satchel in aqua. It sold out before I could even blink ! I did look online at the previous TSV in aqua. I like that silhouette a lot....but, I am really kind of holding out to see if the Clayton comes out in more colors....the aqua of course. What I don't understand ...is that if the aqua is such a popular color...why do they make so few aqua in any particular style ? The aqua always goes first..but, why don't they make more ? Don't understand that one. I also really like the zip satchel ..but, never even got to see it presented in aqua. There is something just taunting me about that Clayton and being that its over $400...I'm trying to hold out just in case QVC has an aqua...as sometimes they will get exclusive colors that are not on the Dooney website.

Did you watch the Dooney show tonight ? Did you cave for any bags yet, Stevie ? Or...are you already sitting on that big bench, hanging your head in shame, with that nice shiny gold plaque above your head .

Hi Bobby... The aqua is such a pretty color and it's actually always been a favorite of mine for many things. For years, my bedroom was painted a soft aqua and it was so beautiful and oddly neutral. I could use any color of the rainbow with it... No, I didn't sit up for the Dooney show last night but DVR'd it just to see the presentation of a couple of the bags, which I'll then promptly delete. I'm afraid sitting up to watch handbags until 2AM east coast time was too much, even for me!

I watched the start of the show, but they spent so long on that blasted TSV, in which I have no interest whatsoever (actively dislike it...), that I finally turned it off and went to bed. It was a long and draining week and I was just too tired to put up with more of Lisa's hyper sales pitch... and, as noted, don't like the TSV anyway.

I like the zip satchel too, but want it in one of the colors they aren't offering, so probably will pass on it here... As for why they don't get more in the aqua, who knows? You'd think they'd know what will sell by now... But I think it is available on WL. And as for the Clayton, as noted before, it is a beautiful bag and heaven knows if Dooney can offer it in 'baby pink' (what a name...) surely they should be offering it in aqua too!

I haven't ordered a thing... Yes, shocking, I know, but the day is young and I really love the LAST TSV, so am anxious to see if they present that satchel in the new color options... If so, all bets might be off, but I might actually make it through the day without ordering...

Oy, I just forwarded through the show to see the bags I wanted to see... Some of those colors sell out so fast they must get all of ten of them in stock! I couldn't believe how quickly some of them fly out the door... The bag that wowed me most and that I would order if it was still around is the larger dome buckle satchel in bone... It's even prettier than the Clayton in that color. They've shown it twice and it sold out both times... Like I said, they must get very few of them in and then they don't even offer wait list... I wouldn't really care but that one is on six Easy Payments and you know darn well it won't be once it's back in stock!

I did see the aqua zip-zip and it's very pretty.

Oh Bobby... go to the DB site and check out the Dillen domed buckle satchel in aqua... OMG... Bobby, you are in SUCH serious trouble... and I might be too...

It is GORGEOUS...

But sadly, Bobby... be prepared to wait for this one too. It's on back-order...

Sorry I didn't post to you sooner. Our power was out and just came back on about a half hour ago. So I missed this afternoons Dooney show as I see they are just at the tail end of it now. I see you have been up to no good...once again...and have gone aqua hunting. I can't believe as of this morning you hadn't purchased one bag. The aqua in that dome buckle satchel is gorgeous. I am so weak for anything in aqua right now. I'm just really torn as to what silouhette to choose. I still love Miss Clayton...she is my favorite. But, I'm pretty sure aqua is not in her future . I can't believe you had your bedroom painted in aqua...how pretty would that be. Is it still painted in aqua ? Now that the day has progressed into early evening where you are....have you done any damage yet ? I really need the easy pay on any aqua I choose. I'm just being very indecisive due to a lack of funds. I'm watching the TSV being presented right now...it's a nice tote...but, it makes me a little dizzy. Let me know what you have decided and if you are staying off that big brown bench or not.

Just looked on dot com and the aqua in the dome satchel is now also sold out...waitlist only.Good grief...what did they do ...bring in 10 aqua'a and that's it. Apparently somebody besides be has aquaitus....

A friend and I went to Panera for a quick dinner (onion soup and a Greek salad) and then to browse a bit at World Imports...

No, I moved a few years back and while I thought about doing the bedroom in aqua again, I decided to do something different, which isn't to say I might not go back to it in the future. It was very pale and very soothing...

I'll have you know that as of the start of the last show of the day, I have yet to capitulate. As of right now (and that's not saying I'll make it through the last show, but I've made it this far...) there will be no new Dooney crossing my threshold.

I agree on the sell outs... They must get so few bags it almost makes you wonder why they bother. The only one they seem to have an endless supply of is the Logo Lock... It creeps into every single show, but even that's on WL in aqua, as you know... Bobby, Bobby, Bobby... You're going to have to be quick on the trigger finger when one of those aqua bags shows up...
