love shoes by bruce mackowski, but sizing and fit make purchase difficult

was sooo excited when you started making shoes; however purchasing them is a challenge . the heels that are over 3 inches are hard to wear all day. i think your customer is somewhat older and yet the high heels in an appropriate office look are sorely missing. i also find that when i order a high heel, the toe bed is too short, leaving my toes showing. the toe bed is also somewhat narrow, squishing my toes together.

would like your "flats" to have an inch heel. bruce, you would be surprised how uncomfortable a true "flat" is. your styles are cute, but i have returned two pairs for the lack of any heel at all.

your boots are great; styles right on. more colors needed in sandals. bought 2 pairs tonight in size 5.5. thanks for making the small sizes.
