dooney site

I ordered a bad from dooney site over a week ago,on ez pay.I have ordered before(not on ez pay),and have gotten in about 2 days.They do the same as qvc,i am assuming,they don't wait for you to pay for the whole thing,or do they?Just wondering if anyone else has used the ez pay,and what the experience has been.The first payment came out about a week ago also.
