I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks from Zuilly over a week ago and still hasn't shipped. I've never ordered from them before. Should I be concerned? Thanks

I used to occasionlly order from them several years ago, and they had the slowest shipping on the planet. It made QVC's seem like Amazon in comparison.

Yes @brandiwine , they were known as having the slowest shipping time. The reason why years ago was because they didn't physically have the products. You basically went on a list for Zulily to order the items. This means the items were shipped to them after you order then they must ship them out to you.

I'm not sure if they currently operate this way or not. I will say I have been extremely disappointed in their pricing. Their discount is only for a couple items in the same brand then the rest of the items are at full retail price. I've also noticed the sale priced items are usually older models or very limited in sizing and/or other options.

I no longer shop there @brandiwine but when I did it usually took 2-3 weeks to receive my items.
