Shoebuy seems to have much better prices, but I have not had any experience with them. Has anyone had experience with both and which do you prefer? TIA.

I removed my previous post. I said I bought a pair from Shoebuy but I actually bought from ShoeMall with no problems.

I bought one pair of boots for daughter. the box came somewhat beat up as if it had been handled many many times .This leads me to believe they sell some kind of "left overs" that they maybe buy in bulk or something like that. The boots looked tried on too, but not horrible so she kept them. I've had that experience with zappos too, but most of the time zappos does not look tried on too many times. Maybe once or twice, or not at all. Same with Amazon.

I buy from shoebuy, shoe.com and onlineshoes all the time. I Never had a problem with their quality, or shipment. I have returned a few because I didn't like them, and always received a prompt refund. They are always free shipping (they used to have free shipping on returns but I don't see that anymore.) But, you will usually get 20-30% off most shoes you order. I never buy from zappos anymore because I get much better deals elsewhere. Also, checfk on Amazoon. You have to watch daily for the best prices, but I bought a pair of Naturalizer boots that were going for $145-170 for the longest time, then one day I checked and it was for $60.00. I couldn't believe it!. I bought them and LOVED them! Nothing at all wrong with it. The next day it went back to $145. Sometimes you get lucky!

I shop at both. Also very good experience with onlineshoes.com which I really like. No complaints at all.

I've bought from both. Zappos shipping was quicker, but I think it's because they are closer to me. I mostly buy from ShoeBuy. If you join their program you will get $10 after you spend X amount. Shipping from ShoeBuy sometimes is directly from the manufacturer and can take a little longer. If you return them it will cost just under $7 for shipping. ShoeBuy has been having a 30% off sale for the last couple of weeks, so their stock is getting low. I wanted to buy two different styles in Softwalks but can't get them in my size anymore. Bottom line - either company is good.

I've used both. Shoe Buy has more deals but Zappos gives me so very many more choices. Also like Amazon.

Thanks a lot for your feedback. It was too late to cancel my order for Aerosoles from Zappos, but that's ok. It was about a $25 difference from Shoebuy. Now I know for next time. :-)

I buy a lot from Shoebuy. I find items FAR cheaper on Shoebuy due to coupons. Shoebuy is one of my favorite sites. Zappos is far more expensive as one can't use coupons. QVC is higher, usually, too.
I've found the same shoes/boots at Shoebuy that QVC and Zappos have for 30% less.
