I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY SHOES AREN'T SOLD IN SIZE 5 wide.  I have very small feet but a high instep and wide foot.  It irritates me that I have to size up to a six to get wide widths.

@chowmom  For the same reason they don't often carry sizes 12 or 13.  There is not enough demand to make it feasible.

I wonder why they don't offer it too but I wear a 10.  My complaint is we need 10, 10-1/2, 11, 11-1/2, 12, 12-1/2.  Never understood why the half size is cut off after size 9.  I am seeing a few 10-1.2 (it's about time).  More women (baby boomers) need wide widths because as we age more foot problems exist.

My complaint is that the wide width's are not really wide, which is defined I believe as a D witdth. They're more like a C width.

Try "Shoeline.com"

 "Ebay"

"Amazon"

I know it is frustrating to find your size.  I need a 7.5 WW to replace a pair that is wearing out, and I can't find the one I want in my size.  It's the only shoe I can wear.

Don't give up and good luck.

I agree. They also don't carry 12W.  Maybe HSN carries your size.  They have a larger selection of designer shoes in my size than QVC. Forget Evine they don't service either of us.  I don't rely on QVC for up to date shoes.  Also try Massey catelog.

I never understood this either.  My mother wore a 5 but had a wide foot and it was  very hard to find anything in a 5Wide.  Guess not many people wear a 5 to begin with, my department stores dont even carry size 5, everything starts in a 6.
