Why can't all shoe TSV's come in all widths: medium, wide, and narrow?

I wear an 8 narrow and have very bony feet. I get so irritated when I see a great shoe TSV and I can't get it too. QVC does not get my business for shoes. They have some online, but just a few and little variety.

 

Shoe lines offer wides a lot why not narrows?

I've had narrow feet all my life.  I learned long ago that many manufacturers choose to ignore that segment of the population.  It's not just QVC.

On HSN most designer TSV shoes come in all sizes & widths.

I wear size 6-1/2 wide - sometimes 7 wide ----- and growing up in NY in the 1950's, it was almost impossible to walk into a shoe store (even on 5th Ave) and find a WIDE!!!!! I had to wear "old" lady shoes then - and the colors available were black or brown. It wasn't until I started watching the Q - was I able to buy comfortable shoes in my size. I have many pairs of Rykas (from the past), Birkenstocks/Birkie's, Clarks. I would like to buy those colorful tennis shoes - but would have to try them on in a store - won't be ordering from the Q anymore - as sizing has been a problem lately.
