So I had a change of heart.

I had already packed the white bag to ship back to HSN when I said "what the heck! I'll keep it". Life is too short and I really love this bag. I will enjoy it on my Caribbean vacation and then some.

I worked very hard this year in school and did very well so this is my reward!!!!! Kiss Plus, I realized I spend hours today looking for a cheaper comparable bag so that just means I am going to regret sending this back. I don't want to search for it for years to come when I already own it LOL

I think that you made the right choice! Enjoy your new white bag! Remember to store it in a white pillowcase and it will be fine.

Thanks luvsbulldogs!!!!!!! I will definitely do that. FYI, I did some research and ordered some leather cleaner & conditioner made for fine luxury leather goods on Amazon so I can keep it clean. It is called Whoohoo Clean. I got both the all in one cleaner/conditioner and the foaming cleaner for when I need to do a deeper clean.

They are formulated to work and not stain white leather. Check it out. I have many other leather bags and jackets so it is worth the cost to me. I also want to protect my brand new white bag!!

Nycvixen, that bag is dynamite, I wouldn't even think of returning it. I have had Falchi, you have a quality bag, enjoy it.

I purchased a black Serena Williams top from HSN and I used my white Michael Kors bag that day. When I got home I was horrified to see all the black dye from the top had transferred onto my bag. I immediately called HSN and all I got was ""sorry that happened"". I asked for a phone number for Serena's company but they did not have a number. I called HSN's corporate office and they said all they could give me was $50 toward spendable cash. So I have a ruined new MK bag. I wish I had known about the conditioner and maybe I would still be using that bag.

Update - So I received the WhooHoo Clean all in one leather conditioner and cleaner and the foaming saddle soap yesterday just in time for my trip (love Amazon).

I used the all in one on my new white bag and 4 other bags and this product is absolutely fabulous!!!! No darkening or color change to the leather, no gummy residue, no chemical odor since it is made from natural ingredients, easy to apply since it has a light milky consistency. All you see is that the leather is softer and better looking and importantly - now my white bag is protected.

The all in one is to protect my bag from staining and the foaming saddle soap is if it does get dirty. Proudly made in the USA!!!! More expensive than many other products but I can tell the difference from other products I have used. It was formulated for designer and fine leather products and it shows.

luvtoshoptathome - go to Amazon and read the reviews. There are several that have said that it has taken out dye transfer. It is worth a shot. The company offers a money back guarantee. You should try the foaming cleaner it is for tough stains on leather.

I own a White Michael Kors Audrey Satchel and it's held pretty well. There's been a little wrinkling on the back but I think it's cause I use it frequently for day-to-day use. Also, for white purses I recommend looking for ones with feet and real leather as real leather does not wrinkle very quick. White purses are so beautiful, just a little more maintaining to do than regular bags Smile

You can maintain white bags with a conditioning stick. I bought one from MK when I got the Audrey Satchel at scriptedfashion.com Enjoy!

Wow! Impressive bag, and a good deal, I think. I have a Cape Cod brand white hobo that I've had for 6 or 7 years, and even though I'm quite careless, it looks great. I would be wary of new dark jeans, though. There might be a tragic dye transfer. Yikes! Enjoy it...it's a work of art.
