Shoes

I wear a size 10 now but I was a 9 1/2  for many years when it was almost impossible to find that size and I squeezed into a 9 because I refused to wear a 10. I still have marks on some of my toes where I had vanity corns. Now that I'm a lot older, it's all for comfort now.

@gunnergab  Maryland Square has some AAAA width shoes.  I don't know how much you want to pay, but you might find some there in your size.

When it comes to shoes, I've gotten to where I absolutely have to know the brand or try on in person because my size varies depending on the brand and type of shoe.  In my closet, I have sizes 8, 8 1/2, and 9.

@pprmntstx   Interesting topic.  My size and width are 7 & 1/2 with a 4A toe and 5A heel which is practically impossible to find so I usually settle for as narrow a shoe as possible while keeping the length/size stable except in an occasional winter boot if not made in half sizes.  I have extra long toes!

I wear a 7 1/2 medium. Fairly common size and never a good selection left at sales. I take size 8 in sneakers/gym shoes to leave room for my "no shows" which always do.
