Warning - Luggagepro.com problem

How disappointing! I just received the mini janine dillen brown bag and I'm somewhat taken aback. While I realize the price point of $107 was very reasonable and their customer service person called me on Sunday to inform me the black was not in stock but the brown was available so I agreed to have that sent was good service, the item received was not what I expected. The bag was sent UPS in a paper padded envelop so it was smashed sideways in the process and there were no plastic coverings on the handles. Handles were attached to the bag which is also how a new bag is not shipped by D&B. {#emotions_dlg.scared}

I expected it to be a new bag, with handles wrapped and it to be packaged new. Am I just unlucky or have other people had this problem? I will see if they'll greatly reduce the price as an incentive to keep it. If not, I certainly want either a refund or new one sent.

The mini janine is itself cute and if new, I'd be happy with it.

Has anyone else ordered from them? Am I unlucky or do they have a bad reputation?

I've sent them an email and asked someone to call me. If I don't hear from them by Monday, you can be sure I'll call them.{#emotions_dlg.angry}
