Re: WEARING SHOES AT THIS TIME

I'm not wearing flats right now because I can't as flat shoes aggravate my achilles tendon pain. But while stores were closed I did take some of my ballet flats and hand sewed on elastic from unused removable bra straps as that elastic is soft and quality without any itching. I hope when I'm better that I can wear them again. The straps keep my heels in my shoes without my heels sliding out of the shoes when I walk.

I am also wearing athletic shoes when I am doing physio and tele physio. The wonderful sports medicine physio clinic has re-opened so I have had one appointment inside there so far and it was pretty good! They have had to move equipment around and limit the number of physios and clients at a time but so far I'm impressed and thankful that I can get physio in person. I'm slowly getting better but it's going to be a long haul.

I also wear clogs as those are comfortable and don't bother my heels or feet in any way.
