I was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis a few weeks ago. I have an extremely high arch and not many shoes give me support, but Vionics sandals always did. However, I'm in Michigan, and it's not exactly sandal weather right now. I ordered a couple pair of regular shoes from Zappos, and within 2 weeks, my PF is almost unnoticeable. I have also started wearing a pair of their slippers around the house all the time instead of going barefoot, and I know that has made a big difference too.

Their insoles are good in regular shoes. I use them in Aesics for walking.
If I put the slippers on first thing in the morning it's better. I've been going barefoot a lot this Summer in the house. My heel was hurting so I started back with the slippers. LOL! I had tree men here and was running back and forth and forgot my slippers were on. They were wet. I rinsed them in the laundry tub and they're still drying. Look ok though!🙄

A few years ago I had tendinitis in my feet. My podiatrist recommended that I buy only sandals or shoes with support. He said if it bends don't buy it. For the Summer I do wear only Vionic sandals. I like their boots too. For my fitness walking, I prefer Asics and I use Dr. Scholl's Athletic Insoles and have not had an issue in years. One other thing that my podiatrist mentioned is to never go barefoot and to only wear slippers with support. Glad to hear that you are recovering. That's a terribly painful condition.

I just tried the Vionics slippers and had to return them.  They were as hard as could be and so uncomfortable.  Maybe I just tried the wrong style.  Disappointed to say the least.

That's too bad. The ones I got are mules, and they are very comfy for me. I'm not looking for squooshy though. I'm looking for supportive, and these give my feet the support I need around our hardwood/ceramic floors. I know this is what has improved my foot pain from the plantar fasciitis.

Vionics are excellent for Plantar Fascitis. They cured me of mine.,I started out wearing slippers around the house, and have accumulated several pairs of shoes and boots .

I love my Vionic moccasin style slippers! They are so supportive for my feet and wear well too! I wanted to order a pair for my 84 year old mother, who definitely needs slippers with lots of support now, but all they have left are the very small sizes on the Q site. Bummed because I was also going to order myself a third pair, LOL!

I was having knee pain and what felt like weakness in the area. And for a while now I've experienced foot pain the day after significant amounts of walking.

The knee pain really got my attention these past few weeks. I remembered the Vionics shows and decided to try a pair before getting into the whole round of doctors and referrals. And lo and behold the Mona flipflops were on sale here for $49.

My feet hurt a bit at first getting used to the sandals. But my knees felt more stable immediately. And now I'm totally fine. My knees feel normal again. And walking a lot around the house doesn't hurt either.

That left leaving the house. So I got a pair of Vionic moccasins and a pair of V insoles from elsewhere. So now I'm all set. I was really worried I might have arthritis! If you need them, these shoes/insoles are like magic.
