I have narrow, high arched feet. I had plantar fascists a few years ago that is much better now.

Vionics work very well for me. My high arches love the arch support and I don't need a break in period. I've  had a pair of thongs on since 9 this morning and my feet feel great. A friend has flat feet and they don't work for her at all.

You literally described my feet.  And yes, Vionics are wonderful for me too. Heart

Just send them back.   I love my Vionics, I have more pairs than I care to admit because I have been buying them since day 1 on the Q and they never wear out.  Some women do need  a break in period but I didn't.  The fit just fine right out of the box, I prefer the thong styles.   I've been tempted but I didn't buy any this summer.  I won't get o wear half of the sandals I already own.   I love my Vionics so much that I tossed out all my Clarks last summer.
