Re: Very Disapointed with Vionic/Orthoheel slippers....

I am so glad you posted as I too bought the slippers the last time they had the TSV and the fabric on the footbed is falling apart. I loved my first pair so much and wanted a back up pair so by the time I got to wear them of course the return is no longer an option. I might start looking for a similar pair with better quality. I do like the arch support for my feet especially since we have hardwood floors.

This is not the first time I have had a quality issue with QVC so I guess their ""Q"" continues to go down hill.

I have always been skeptical that everyone needs an orthotic. But that's how this brand is being represented to us, that everyone has a pronation of some sort.

That's true. I thought the brand would be natural to me since I wear Birkenstocks. I sent the orthoheels back because they were falling apart but I would have sent them back anyway because I was suddenly having terrible hip and knee pain. I actually thought the slipper was very comfortable and Birkenstock does not make slippers. I was crushed these caused me pain. I even quit wearing them for a day or two and put them back on and I was back in pain.

Re: Very Disapointed with Vionic/Orthoheel slippers....

I wear Crocs sandals all summer and I wear them as slippers all year round. They NEVER wear out and have GREAT arch support. You can also wash them if you want. I have plantar fasciitis and I have NO pain with Crocs and can be on my feet all day and walk forever. They are an answer to my dreams!
