Travelon purse

I ordered a Travelon bag on the 13 th of December and it's not even here yet! QVC said I would get it by Christmas - well, today is Christmas Eve. Called Q and it's been stuck in UPS PA for 7days, was nice to refund my shipping cost. Can't get mad because customer service was so nice.
