Trade-In Thank You!

I just wanted to say 'thank you' to the ladies who had the recent trade-in discussions.

After reading about your experiences, I decided to try my first trade-in.

I sent in a black signature East/West slouch bag that I paid around $60 for on clearance at Dillards in 2005. It wasn't my favorite style, but I couldn't pass it up for that price. I used it once and put it in the closet. They gave me $122.50 for a replacement item valued at $245 or greater. I ordered the Dillen II Large Pocket Satchel in Tangerine this past Monday and got it today.

The bag is gorgeous, the process couldn't have been easier and the lady I dealt with at Dooney couldn't have been nicer. I'll definitely take advantage of this program again.
