Tote promotion ????

Online and in stores if you buy certain totes you get a free small cosmetics bag. Anyone know if you get to choose the color or do you just get what they give you? I guess it would be safer to go into a store so I can ask.

I'd love to get a tote and cosmetics bag to match the Frannie and coin purse I have.
