I've recently sent back a Dooney that just didn't look right on me, kind of small. Anyway, I sent it back UPS ground. I just informed QVC customer service about the return and that I've tracked it and it is due to arrive tomorrow. What's annoying me and why I've about had it with dealing with QVC is that the customer service rep. informed me that EVEN after they can see it has arrived back to them, it may take another 3 to 5 days to process! They used to release the funds for you once you told them who sighned for the pkg. I don't send much back and I'm tired of the hassle when I do. Maybe its the Dooney outlet for me from now on.
