is 50% off at the Carlsbad Premium Outlet here in Carlsbad, CA. It is the collection of the month. I do believe they ship, as I heard the manager tell a customer that he could ship a bag to her on Saturday when I was in the store. Phone is 760.476.1079. They had many other bags at 40% to 60% off. This store has usually only one or two customers in it, so they should be able to help you. Dooney's are not that popular here...
