Pretty boot!

While we're on the subject --- I'm looking for an everyday black ankle boot, no silver on it, and no wedges. Also I prefer a comfort boot or a lower heel (2" or lower). Any suggestions? TIA!

@beach-mom you should peruse what's on amazon. They have a ton of black ankle boots. About a month ago I bought 2 pr black, a new pr of grey, a pr of great olive, a very spiffy pr of cognac with orange embroidery work. Last year I bought a pr of two-tone black w/navy and the same in brown/cognac, a pr of a good shade of wine/burgundy. I LOVE my ankle boots and have a lot of them. And it's very easy to do a return at amazon if you need to.

I did order this boot here A296331 - the sole looks nice - but I really did want an easy-to-wear everyday one without laces (my one pair is OK, but is starting to show its age). I have a lot of "dressier" ones. This is the one I just ordered:

Thanks @ECBG! I've ordered from them many times. I looked a while ago and couldn;t find anything, but that was during the summer. I'm sure they have more now!

@beach-mom, @ECBG  I used to love shopping at zappos, spent tons when I first discovered this site years ago. I mean I went wild. I bought on sale summer items in the fall, then fall/winter on sale in the spring like boots.  I don't shop there anymore because since retiring, I don't need work items anymore.  I also find that zappos prices have sky rocketed since some yrs ago when I found them. I don't shop there anymore.
