...have you ever purchased a pair of Talbot's shoes and if so (particularly heels), are they comfortable? Are their sizes same as the size you usually wear?  Are they price-worthy?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.  I see a pair I want but they are not available at my local store and I was considering ordering on line.  I do have the $40 coupon recently sent in mail, so I was planning to use it against the price of the shoes, at your suggestions depending on quality, sizing, etc.

@Nonametoday I have purchased many pairs of shoes from Talbots. For me, their sizing is inconsistent. Quality is fabulous!

At Talbots, I range in size from 6 to 7.5.

My normal size is 6.5.

You can return online purchases at the store if they don't fit.

Yes I have purchased many Talbot's shoes and like any other shoe brand it's trial and error for fit.

Some run short or too wide so when I find a style I like I'll buy within that style.

You can always return to a store which is a luxury to me as not everyone has them in their area.

These were purchased 1 - 2 years ago.  Not sure if I'll ever need to buy shoes again lol.  Emerson driving shoe if I remember correctly and I forget the name of the quilted leather ones.

Thank you.  I am going to get them. I will go up to my biggest size.  That way if it runs small I will be okay but if it runs large, I can return them.  I am glad you appreciated the quality.  That is most important.

Thank you.  I am just glad the quality is there.  I can return them to the nearby store.  That's a thumbs up.  My DIL says she has purchased there but quit shopping at Talbot's a few years ago when they moved the store and she said she couldn't remember the quality of their shoes.  She says she has an Ann Taylor nearby which is now her go-to- store.

I have purchased shoes and boots online from Talbot and the quality and fit has always been on point.  I wear a 9 1/2 medium sometimes I will buy a 10 in boots.  So far I have never had to return or exchange.

I bought a pair once many years ago and could not wear them very long at any given time, they hurt my feet too much.  Never bought another pair, I do love their clothes.

I have nearly a whole closet of asstd Talbot clothing, but not 1 pair of their shoes. Shoes I find are cheaply made and very uncomfortable!
