Why after one week are my two pair of tvs still in process! I am so tired of late items lost items . I keep saying I am done with QVC but I think I am really done now.

Ugh! I know how you feel. When my package never showed, yes, I got a refund....but zero explanation. What does "lost" mean? Stolen? Label fell off (I mean really?). It's really annoying. I guess the tracking package is by UPS is useless. It was useless in my case.

Nothing ships immediately. So is it lost or in process?

I had a package never arrive. (Not QVC)
So, another package I've been waiting on, I tried paying for tracking plus on it.
It was supposed to be here LAST NIGHT by 10 PM! In which case if it did arrive did they throw it in an entryway and is it still there?
Originally promised to arrive Saturday by12 noon.
The company I'm impressed with is skims; I know every step of the way where my item is....yesterday (at 1) I got a message
"Go look outside...I'm here!"
Ordered, shipped and delivered in 3 days. MAGIC

@LTT1 Some may not agree, but for me, UPS is a total hot mess now. Once they cheapened their shipping to schlepp it to USPS, many packages have been lost or,damaged. I know it's the store/seller's choice on how to ship (to cut costs), but overall UPS has lost their way. 👎🏻👎🏻

it has been in process for one week. Also, I've had this happen on two other shoe purchases. They say they are in process. They stay in process you call customer service. They say they're on their way and guess what they get canceled with no explanation. I'm sorry, but QVC has gone downhill. I don't know if it's lack of employees or just bad management. They're losing almost all of my business.

It is so confusing for me.
Our UPS man where I live is a very well-liked, hardworking guy...but I believe he is overworked. I will get a text that something is delivered but it's really not there yet.
And so those pkgs are in the clubhouse locked area.
Bit other times the pkg is actually in my USPS mailbox? I wondered about that!

@LTT1 It's exasperating at times. I realize the Q wants to save on shipping costs, but it's worse and time consuming for the buyer to have to wait for UPS to deliver to the post office and then have the postman schlepp the packages here. I haven't seen a UPS man deliver here in eons. It's all by USPS. I hope yours arrives soon.
