If you aren't familiar with the brand Golden Goose, they sell designer sneakers with the star logo.  This particular pair, new, retails for $530.  This year, they are selling them already distressed.

 

A good scuffing brings signature character to a sneaker cut from dusty-pink suede with a Private Edition foil stamp kicking up the attitude and distinction.

 

What do you think of selling scuffed, new sneakers?

I want my sneakers new, not dirty.  Even if they were not distressed, I wouldn't pay that price.  I
