Spenco inserts

Just a heads up...Spenco inserts come in a size range.  I wear a 10 and ordered the M.  They are too large for my shoes and need to be trimmed which is an option BUT if you trim them you CANNOT return them.  So back mine go.  I can't tell if they would work unless they are trimmed but I do not want to risk that,
