I never  wore socks until about 10 years ago/  I was wearing knee high compression socks until some of my bad veins in one leg would get cut off when I wore them and my leg would swell... so now I wear compression ankle socks. I wear them pretty much all day until bed time.  If I wear nice shoes when I go out, I just wear some knee high hosiery  for the time I am dressed nice... but other than that, I always wear my compression ankle socks.

I never wear socks, ever!  I find them too confining, I can't move my toes if I wear socks!
