So Disappointed in QVC!!!

I ordered A210120 in Denim, Ostrich embossed letter carrier bag for myself from my DH for Christmas! I have had this bag on my wishlist forever, even checked many places to see if I could find it cheaper, but no one else had this bag in this color! Anyway, it came today, I was so excited to open the box ............. I was horrified at the color, it was the bright blue and not denim, but the bag was clearly marked "denim"! I was so upset, I immediately posted a review about it, and QVC actually posted my review! It is definitely going back!

Has anyone else had this problem with the wrong color labeling??? TIA!
