I bought a pair of the Skechers, (Men's) slip in go walk/extreme comfort shoes from Amazon. They were 90.00. I love the fit and the feel of them. They are so light weight and the comfort of the foot bed is off the chain! The sole is very thick and adds  an inch and a half to your height. I do hope in the future, Skechers will consider a leather version though. I like the breathability of the mesh, but would also consider a leather pair even though they would be heavier. I do not mind, or notice the "heel horn" at the back of the shoe. One thing I do not like about them is if you wear a medium weight sock, like Dickies work crew socks, after you slip the shoes on you end up bending over anyway, to pull the tongue of the shoe up as it gets pulled toward the toes from friction of the sock! Kind of negates the whole point of "Slip Ins".  🤨

@Hopein24.  I like them too and have several pairs.  My objection to them is that they have no arch support or any support of the foot.  I'd never wear them on a day when I'd be doing a lot of walking but they're good house shoes.

@Kachina624   They don't work for me anymore, but when they did, I would just rip out the insole and put my own.  Their insole comes out easy.  Just a little glue.  Won't affect the insole you put in.  I never glued the replacement in, and they worked fine for heavy walking.  Stayed in place.  The style uncomfortable for me now, just comes in at the sides in the wrong place for me, so I moved on..

I don't like how they insist on placing the words on the side of the shoes that say SLIP-INS or SLIP-ONS.  That's not necessary, in my opinion.

I bought my first pair of Skechers today in DSW, they had 25% off in most of the store. I got slip ins, white knit with a little bit of silver trim, so cute, was going to size up half a size but didnt need to. I am not a sock person and wont be wearing them with socks.

Update, wore them in house last night, ankle area is not comfy, they are going back.

I just came here to ask about these!  Am hoping to go visit my friend in another state next spring and thought these might be good for the airport security line.  But I also need for them to be comfy as they would be my main shoes for the trip.

I only buy Skechers. I know I can buy a 8.5 and they will fit. Bring disabled I don’t have to worry about not being able to walk in them or feel the ground. I have a pair of dlights sneakers, keepsake slippers, and a pair of crock shows for getting out of the shower. I have tried to go cheap and they just aren’t comfy for me. They are great for people with mobility issues.
