Skechers Arch Fit

[ Edited ]

I went to our premium outlets today.  Stopped in at the Skechers outlet and found a pair of Arch Fit on sale for $79.99.  They also had a buy one get a second pair for 50% off.  I did NOT buy a second pair.  However first time buying at the Skechers outlet so,I got 20% off.  I am delighted.  They fit great.

The Q is selling them for $95 plus shipping and handling.

I decided I need to visit the outlet stores more and curtail my buying at QVC.  I also got a great pair of chinos for $36.00.

Love those Skechers but they have to be tried on before you buy.  I discovered that  styles fit differently.   Almost all my shoes are now Skechers because of the great fit and good deals they offer at the store.

Several times I've walked into a Skechers store and outlet and have left with nothing because they didn't have my size. For some reason they carried very few wide widths, even in the styles that come in wide.

The fact that QVC offers more sizes and colors is a reason I buy here.

I just wish the Arch Fit came in wide.

@ritasNo1Fan   I agree.  I am finding trying them on is always best.  I don't have any issues with my feet per I am an 8.5 5medium width but some athletic shoes seem to be to wide in the heel and the shoe slides off my heels.   I'm tired of paying $5.50 shipping them if they don't fit, exchanging and waiting another 2 weeks.  This Skechers outlet is huge.

I just bought a pair of Sketches arch fit sneakers from Macys for $43!  I also bought a pair from Amazon for $45. They are very comfortable. I only buy shoes when I get free returns and l always look for bargains.

Skechers are my go to brand because they're so comfortable.  Like you, I look for bargains at other places and not QVC.  A few weeks ago, when i was in Costco they had a pair of arch fit sneakers there to purchase.  It was a low style slip-on similar to the Go-Walk styles.  I was surprised at how uncomfortable they felt and fit.  I must not have been the only one who felt that way because yesterday when I went to Costco to pick up a few things, there were a ton of them still stacked up after a few weeks of being put on the main floor, which is very unusual for Costco.  I mentioned it to the Costco employee in the clothing department and she said they're not selling well.  Plenty of people trying them on and putting them back in the boxes.  So, not sure if it was just that one style or if more arch-fit styles are like that.  Always good to be able to try on the shoes.

I really love the sneakers you bought! I would buy them in the black/purple. But I wouldn't pay the $95 that QVC wants for them. I've been to the sketcher outlet store every couple of weeks, and found nothing. They just had ugly, old style sneakers. I only wear slip on/bungee. I just can't wear tie sneakers anymore. These are absolutely beautiful! I wish our outlet store carry them, they don't.

Skechers has a decent loyalty program.

I wear a narrow when I don't wear socks.  Arch Fit does not make narrow.  I don't think Skechers makes any narrow at all.

I have been looking for a narrow cute boat shoe with at least a 1" heal and can't find any.

You are right!  Skechers need to be tried on before buying.  My Skechers go anywhere from 6.5 to 8.  I do have luck with the arch fit styles.  Right now my favorite Arch Fit is the style " Arcade". Traditional looking sneaker ( more Converse than Keds) and it comes in red, navy, and black.  The shoe has laces but it's basically a slip on.  Now that summer's almost here, time to break out the red!
