Shoulder Straps Falling Down

I've always had a problem with shoulder straps falling down! I've tried so many bras over the years and I am so frustrated!! A racer back is truly the only kind that doesn't give me this problem. I am a 38B. Maybe I should look into getting a professional sizing.

Please tell me I'm not the only one with this problem!
