I've had this happen to me. Got a pair of shoes that looked like they had been worn for months, came in a box with no tissue paper! They were pricey too, Franco Sarto I believe. How does this happen? Returns should not get mixed in with new items. I was mortified, unless they think we are not going to notice......very reluctant to order shoes on QVC any more, or much else for that matter.

@homedecor1 I can see the imprint from toes on both sandals from my screen.

Wow that person would have had to wear them for some time to get those imprints on them. Then have the nerve to send them back, disgusting!
I have a white pair of Clark shoes coming from Shoe Mall, hoping here they are not worn or back they go.

Thats what I saw first after I saw the "poor" packaging!
Q immediately corrected it & refunded my money!

They need to reimburse you also for shipping. Glad to hear you got your money back.

People could be catching foot diseases with this practice. If you put them on before you realize they are used. How gross.

I received a pair of shoes in a Q box and I thought they must have been returned. I paid full price and was very upset. I sent them back and let QVC know I felt these were a return and wanted a full refund...which was issued to my card. Did not appreciate the underhanded attempt to fool me!

I got some from Zappos in a generic brown unmarked box and promptly returned them too.
