Sending incorrect item

I ordered A304188 in Black Multi wedge sandals for $49.46, which are NOW ON WAITLIST! I recieved A302845 NAVY peeptoe slingback for $42.30. I can't even find the payment on my charge account. It also doesn't show up on recent orders! What the heck is going on! If my shoes were soldout I certainly don't want someone sending me replacements. Especially ones that look like my grannies!!!!!!!

Of course not.  That would make so much more sense..
