Wow @ALRATIBA you are way ahead of me. It's been hot and humid here in the PA area so I am still wearing sandals or sneakers and my summer clothes.

 

I do know what you mean about finding shoes. I had a wedding to attend to and knew I had a pair of dressy sandals SOMEWHERE in the back of the closet.  Took me a while to find them but I did. No way I wanted to buy another pair of sandals and the pair I was looking for worked with a dress I already had. I found all kinds of "dressy" shoes that I never really wear these days.

that's interesting about the advice from the podiatrist @millieshops I hear you about not wanting to have surgery unless you need it and dealing with rehab is not fun.

ha ha @lynnie61 yes it was WAY too hot last week for those - plus lots and lots of rain. I don't wear suede boots when the grass is wet either.  Even spraying them won't keep them from getting spoiled when it's really wet.
