Sandals and Toenails - Page 2

I have long toenails, but I don’t wear sandals that have open toes. City streets are dirty and who knows what is lurking in the grime.

Closed Toe footwear only!

French manicure toenails are a pet peeve of mine because I always think the nail should be cut right where the white part of the French pedicure starts. They look so long they give me the creeps! I like short toenails on my self and on anyone's feet I have to look at.

ohhh @faeriemoon, you are SOOO right!!! french manicured toes are creepy & gross!!! that's one trend I wish would go away!!!

No long nails for me! I was always telling nail tech, cut them shorter. I guess for now I will be cutting and polishing my nails...too bad it was so relaxing and loved showing off those pretty polished nails. When we can go out again my first treat will be getting a pedicure.

You ladies would just die if you saw the toenails on a lady that hangs out at the lake with us during the summer. Her toe nails are like talons...really long. She usually has them polished a bright orange or yellow color.

She floats on a tube with her feet hanging out for all to see. I don't usually have any problems with people's feet or nails, but hers are so gross.

@Pook I doubt if most of us are "bothered" to the extent of bi**ching and moaning to friends and family. These forums are a great place to vent to people we cannot see or do not know. I guess you're bothered reading these posts. There's no difference IMHO.
