So yesterday I finally decided to order the Florentine Vachetta Sm Satchel A219864, I paid a few $$ extra to get it here this week, I was super excited to get my hands on this bag. I woke up this am and see all Dooneys on Ez pay( go figure) and checked my status( now Natural, T'moro and black were all available when I purchased mine) and it says in process. Something told me to check again knowing that many ladies would hop on the EZ pay option and order this bag....low and behold it's now "backordered". They oversold the bag, now if I had ordered today I might understand the error but I ordered YESTERDAY, so someone else who got there after me is getting "MY" bag. I called CS and got some BS story of "damaged" merchandise, I told them flat out I didn't believe that and I thought they over sold the item. I asked for a CS sup. and was put on hold for 15 minutes, turned out they disconnected me. I called back and another CS rep said she had no idea about any damaged merchandise and how that CS would even know that was very odd to her. She agreed it was over sold and they didn't have a bag for me.

I'm so mad!!! What has happened to first come, first served??? God knows when they'll get it back in stock and I'm outa luck!
