Could someone please help me understand this? I ordered 4 Roma 2's through Lisa Robertson's preorder facebook page. I then ordered another during the TSV presentation.

The 4 I ordered through her pre-order page are still saying "IN PROCESS" and the 1 I ordered during the TSV has shipped. W_T_H?

I am so pis__ off right now ~ I'm tempted to hit every one of them where it says cancel this item. If this is how QVC treats pre-orders why in the _____ would I do that again? I'm calling foul.....

I heard somewhere, either on the boards on on FB, that the pre-ordered Roma's wouldn't process until the Friday TSV date. They were not going to be shipped earlier than the TSV.

Wow. How about some patience? They are processing thousands of orders..... you are ready to cancel all of your orders just because you are not patient enough to wait a few more days until they ship!?!?

I find QVC is slow in shipping more often than not. My orders have taken five days to ship so it doesn't surprise me anymore. I don't like it, but I know what to expect when I order.

Thank you for your replies...it is not about me having patience...There are many that ordered on the pre-order page as I did and they have already received theirs while mine is still saying processing. Ah yes, I ordered 5 ~ and?

The two that I pre-ordered (Blush and Cream Snake) shipped today. I hope yours will ship today also. Did you call Customer Service? Maybe they can do something to get your orders moving. Which ones did you order?

Thank you Lyn08 I was on the facebook page and some were saying they had already received theirs and I was like WHAT? If you pre-ordered and yours just shipped I can wait...Just wasn't sure why some that pre-ordered received theirs and I didn't ~ I actually just went back to my order and really ordered 6... I ordered every one except the brown lizard...I forgot I went back on TSV day and ordered blush as well as the metallic....Shawn was gushing over it how it looked like brushed diamonds and I caved! I am a bling bling type person and I thought that would go with all of my two toned jewelry! I also ordered the XL purse organizer someone posted on Lisa's facebook page so that way I can change purses in 5 seconds and go!!!! I don't have a lot of purses and I loved the look of this purse...each one has a different presentation even though the cut is the same so I purchased them!

The QVC elves must have heard me! All have shipped now except the iced metallic and the ivory ostrich!!!! This week will be like Christmas every time I come home to another box!
