2damax, glad you received such great customer service. I, too, received a call from CS concerning the status of my orders. The rep also told me how concerned Lisa R. had been about the delays in the pre-orders processing.

Also glad everyone is starting to receive their bags and enjoy them. My Roma 2 bags should all be arriving tomorrow and I am working from home tomorrow just to ensure I meet that UPS man right at my door to grab them, LOL! I cannot wait!

I also posted on Lisa's FB page and thanked them again for the great customer service for this TSV.

I'm hoping they bring more colors for fall and winter too!!! Maybe she meant they wouldn't get more of these colors this year.

I've got a few too many bags myself. LOL!! These bags have such a different personality in each of the colors that it's easy to have more than a couple!!!!!!

Last time around I ordered the orange and espresso and returned the orange, (not for the strap issue, but the color wasn't as I'd hoped and the leather wasn't flawed but there was a place where it looked as if it was...) and kept the espresso, which is beautiful. I'd love to have the orange, but in this version and preferably in more of a burnt orange... I doubt that'll happen since they've already 'been there, done that', but I too am really hoping they keep this bag going with periodic new colors. It can be the Q's version of the Dooney Logo Lock...

I probably should've gotten the black at the TSV price, but I'd bet that one's going to be a staple, so I guess, other than the lower price, there's no rush...

You know, I was thinking earlier that it carries a lot like the Logo Lock. About the same size and feel on the shoulder!!!!

I was so tempted last time by the espresso and the aubergine!!!! I always regretted not getting those. I'm so glad I didn't miss out this time.

Here's to keeping this bag coming in more colors!!!

My natural ostrich arrived today and the packaging was wonderful. Arrived safe and sound. Bag is great, the leather is very nice, not really stiff. I look forward to using this one. Wonder if I should have gotten the ivory ostrich instead, but this will work for me. I bet the other colors are beautiful too.

Good morning ladies!!!! I received the snake, blush, black and natural ostrich yesterday. I LOVE LOVE LOVE all of them accept will most likely be sending back the blush. The leather on the blush looks flawed. I know all cows are not smooth (LOL) but I don't like wrinkled leather and on one side it actually looks like something indented the leather and doesn't appear that it will smooth out. I may call customer service and ask if it can be replaced if I send it back.

I was really surprised with the size of the bags because they didn't seem HUGE as some were saying. I mentioned I don't carry many bags however the ones I have are this size and I usually grab a wristlet out of them when I run into a store. I can see me carrying these bags all the time! The organizer I purchased for them fits perfectly and I don't anticipate over stuffing the bag as to make it heavy!

The style is awesome and definitely will fit into my lifestyle. The leather is soft as butter and even the natural ostrich is soft. Some where saying on the old Romas the ostrich was hard and never got softer. I can tell the extra milling process worked because mine is really pliable.

I am TOTALLY happy with purchasing multiple colors as they all bring a different look and are all beautiful!!!!! Out of this bunch I can't pick a favorite because I LOVE THEM ALL!

Will let you all know about the metallic and white ostrich I am slated to receive today....So glad that everyone is enjoying their new bags.

THE NEW ROMA 2 IS A HIT!!!! Haven't seen or heard any negatives about the new and improved bag!!!! GREAT JOB LISA ROBERTSON/QVC ON THIS ONE!!!!

Congrats on your bag! Have to say, I own both colors and my clear preference is for the ivory but the natural is probably more universally useful. Consider that ivory down the road, though. It really is an outstanding looking bag! Enjoy your new bag!
